ACA Membership Application


Join ACA and become part of a united group of devoted artists and art advocates
who are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
anxiously engaged ​in creating and promoting reverential and devotional fine art
​of significant quality and superlative beauty
for the building up of the kingdom of God on the earth today.
ONE-TIME APPLICATION FEE: $60​​
• ​No yearly membership dues at this time
​ARTIST MEMBERSHIP.  For Latter-day Saint visual fine artists or art students 18 years of age or older of any medium, style, or subject – of all attainment levels – who support the purposes and objectives of ACA and who seek to further their artistic abilities to their highest potential. Benefits are listed below.

SUPPORTING MEMBERSHIP.  F
or Latter-day Saint individuals who are advocates of reverential and devotional fine art and who support the purposes and objectives of ACA through a variety of contributions, donations, and services. ​Supporting Members may attend select ACA activities but are not eligible to submit images for exhibition or to be listed in the artist directory.

ADDITIONAL MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
The Alliance of Covenant Artists (ACA) is an organization for the enlightenment and promotion of Latter-day Saint visual artists or art students 18 years of age or older of any medium, style, or subject – of all attainment levels – who support the purposes and objectives of ACA and who seek to develop their artistic abilities to their highest potential through diligent study and application, through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, and through their testimony and commitment to the restored gospel of Jesus Christ (as expressed in the tenets and covenants of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and under the guidance of prophets, seers, and revelators of the Church).

Note: Although ACA comprises visual artists and art students who are believing members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, full activity in the programs of the Church is not a requirement.

​Perhaps the greatest benefit of all is being joined together with a group – ​an alliance – ​of sincere Latter-day Saint artists anxiously engaged in creating and promoting inspired and refined works of art for the purpose of drawing all people unto Jesus Christ.
MEMBER REQUIREMENTS​
Basic requirements to be listed in the ACA directory include:
  • ​Membership in  The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints 
  • Support of the ACA Mission, Vision, and Purposes (see bylaws)
  • Adherence to the ACA Code of Ethics (see bylaws)
  • Submission of application and approval of the ACA Board of Directors
Additional requirements on ACA application for Artist Membership:
  • Two high quality images of artwork
  • A business website or art blog
