Artist Membership

ONE-TIME APPLICATION FEE: $60

For Latter-day Saint visual artists and art students 18 years of age or older of any medium, style, or subject – of all attainment levels – who support the purposes and objectives of ACA and who seek to further their artistic abilities to their highest potential. ​

Supporting Membership

ONE-TIME APPLICATION FEE: $60

For Latter-day Saint individuals who may not be practicing visual artists, but are interested in supporting the purposes and objectives of ACA through membership dues, donations, or other contributions (e.g., family, friends, art enthusiasts, and those of related businesses or organizations).
Two-part Process for ACA Membership Submissions – ​Application and Payment

    Step 1

    ​APPLICATION FORM
    The Alliance of Covenant Artists (ACA) is an organization for the enlightenment and promotion of Latter-day Saint visual artists and art students 18 years of age or older of any medium, style, or subject – of all attainment levels – who support the purposes and objectives of ACA and who seek to develop their artistic abilities to their highest potential through diligent study and application, through the inspiration of the Holy Ghost, and through their testimony and commitment to the restored gospel of Jesus Christ (as expressed in the tenets and covenants of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and under the guidance of prophets, seers, and revelators of the Church).

    Note: Although ACA comprises artists and supporters who are believing members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, full activity in the programs of the Church is not a requirement.

    ​A website URL is recommended for Artist Membership. It is also required in order to be listed in the ACA online directory (as it's purpose is to connect viewers directly to the artist's own website for more artwork samples and contact information). ACA will select among the artist's submissions or website images for inclusion on the ACA directory of artists. ACA may also determine that there is not a suitable image to include on the ACA website and recommend further artistic development. To respect the privacy of our members additional contact information will not be included in the directory.
    ARTISTS: please submit 2 images of your artwork for membership application
    Images may be kept on file for possible inclusion on the ACA website.
    To submit images for any upcoming ACA exhibitions please see the "Events" tab for that particular exhibition.
    If you do not have any images to submit please apply for Supporting Membership in the interim.

    Agreement, Waiver, Release, and Acknowledgment:
    ​By submitting, I the undersigned, hereby certify that I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (full activity in the Church is not a requirement). I support the purposes, objectives, and mission of ACA. I also grant permission for the use of my name, photographs, submitted images of artwork and/or writings to be used by the Alliance of Covenant Artists for the website, publications, or any other legitimate promotional purpose.
    Applicants will be notified within 90 days for membership approval.

Applications and image submissions will be reviewed by the AMA Curatorial Council prior to acceptance.
Payment is returned if an applicant is not accepted for membership. ​​
​Applications are reviewed quarterly. Please allow up to 90 days for processing. ​
